VPN 2018 Unblock Proxy Sites is a VPN app described as helping users access blocked websites and apps while browsing with an obscured IP address and masked location. Its stated purpose centers on private browsing and access to sites or applications that may be blocked.
IP and location privacy
The app lists hiding the user's IP address and masking their location among its privacy functions. The description presents these as ways to browse or search anonymously, and also identifies secure hotspot browsing as a feature. It does not explain how these functions are configured or give technical details about the connection, so the documented capabilities are limited to the stated features.
Access to blocked sites and apps
Another stated purpose is accessing blocked websites and applications. This capability is listed alongside IP hiding, location masking, and secure hotspot browsing, but the source does not specify site lists, regional coverage, or setup steps. It also does not document user-selectable locations or other controls. The described scope is therefore the general combination of access to blocked sites and apps with privacy-related browsing features.
