Uzrailway tickets is an Android app for purchasing train tickets from a smartphone. It is intended for travelers who want to handle ticket orders digitally, use UZCARD for payment, and access their railway account without creating a separate app login.
Can train tickets be purchased in the app?
Yes. The app supports purchasing train tickets directly from a smartphone, so travelers can arrange ticket orders without visiting a physical ticket office. Its stated use case is mobile access to railway ticket purchasing while planning a journey away from a desktop or ticket counter.
Which payment method is supported?
Ticket orders can be paid for with a UZCARD credit card. This gives users a stated card-based payment option within the ticket purchasing process instead of relying on cash transactions.
Can existing railway website users sign in?
Users who are already registered on the O'zbekiston Temir Yo'llari JSC website can use their existing credentials to log in to the app. This means the app is designed to connect mobile access with an existing website account rather than requiring a new registration for those users.
What help is available for ticket questions?
The app provides access to customer support from JSC O'ztemiryo'lyo'lovchi. Travelers can contact support with questions or concerns related to their ticket purchases, which may be useful when assistance is needed during the ordering process.
When can the app be used?
Uzrailway tickets is presented for on-the-go access to train tickets and purchasing. As long as the traveler has a smartphone, the app is intended to support ticket planning and orders from different locations rather than limiting access to a physical railway office.
