TaxiMe for Drivers is an app for taxi drivers who want to communicate directly with customers and receive orders through a smartphone or tablet. It addresses the need for dispatcher-based coordination by providing a direct channel between drivers and passengers. The app also includes a customer rating system, linking service ratings with the likelihood of receiving more orders. Its payment structure does not include a monthly fee; instead, drivers pay a commission based on completed orders. Drivers can request a job through the TaxiMe driver website or by phone.
How does TaxiMe for Drivers connect drivers with customers?
The app enables direct communication between drivers and customers, so drivers do not need to rely on a dispatcher for this part of the service. This can help keep ride-related communication in one place on a smartphone or tablet.
How do customer ratings affect orders?
Customers can rate their experience with a driver through the app. According to the supplied information, higher ratings can make a driver more likely to receive additional orders, giving service quality a direct connection to future booking opportunities.
What does the payment structure include?
TaxiMe for Drivers does not charge a monthly fee. Instead, the driver pays a commission based on completed orders, so the stated cost is tied to rides completed through the service rather than a recurring subscription.
What can drivers do to support their profile?
Drivers are advised to keep their profile accurate and up to date so customers have relevant information when choosing a driver. Providing good service may help drivers earn higher customer ratings and, in turn, attract more orders through the app.
Who may find this app useful?
TaxiMe for Drivers may suit taxi drivers looking for direct customer communication, a rating-based order system, and a fee model based on completed orders. It is intended for drivers who want to manage these parts of their taxi work using a smartphone or tablet.
