StaffAny Clock-In & Scheduling is an app for team messaging and shift scheduling at brick-and-mortar stores. It is intended for both managers and employees, with work communication kept in the app rather than requiring staff to share personal phone numbers.
What communication tools does the app provide?
The app supports messaging between managers and employees, as well as group chats for team conversations. Chats can be muted, which gives users a way to silence them when they need to focus. The source describes these tools as a way to keep work-related conversations organized separately from personal contact details; it does not specify additional messaging controls.

The supplied information does not describe specific scheduling rules, shift-swapping options, or other schedule controls, so those capabilities cannot be confirmed here.
Who may find these functions useful?
