Soum - سوم helps people browse, buy, and sell used electronic devices from a phone. Its listings are described as accurately checked, giving buyers information to consider when comparing items such as smartphones, laptops, and tablets. The app also brings delivery and payment options into the shopping process, which may be useful for people who prefer to arrange a purchase remotely. Soum says it offers competitive pricing and refunds for buyers who are not satisfied, though the source does not specify the terms or conditions for a refund.
Browsing and assessing devices
The app is intended to make it straightforward to browse electronics and review their descriptions. Soum says it uses quality-control measures and that devices are accurately described and in good condition. These details can help buyers assess a used item, but the source does not explain the inspection process or provide a condition-rating system.
Delivery and payment choices
Soum offers delivery to a wide range of locations, with items delivered to the buyer’s door. The source does not identify the locations covered, so availability may depend on where a buyer lives. Payment methods listed include credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery.
Buying and selling through the app
Soum’s interface supports browsing, buying, and selling electronic devices. This brings shopping and selling together in one marketplace, while the descriptions and delivery service support the process of arranging a purchase. The source presents competitive pricing as a feature for used electronics but does not provide specific prices or comparisons.
Refund information
Soum states that buyers who are dissatisfied with a purchase can receive a full refund. No further information is provided about eligibility, timing, or how to request one, so buyers may need to check the app for the applicable terms.
