Solutionist - Aramhuvis is a skin and hair analysis app designed for customer care using Aram HUVIS devices. It helps users examine factors such as hydration, sebum, pores, hair loss, scalp condition, and hair thickness through captured images. Magnification options from x1 to x1,000 support detailed image capture for analysis. The app also provides a way to add customers, save analytical results and images, and record notes with pen mode while viewing the captured area, helping users organize information for later product recommendations and follow-up discussions.
What can Solutionist - Aramhuvis analyze?
The app covers a broad set of skin and hair characteristics. Skin analysis includes hydration, sebum, pore size, brown spots, acne, wrinkles, and sensitivity. Hair and scalp analysis includes hair loss, scalp health, thickness, density, redness, and keratin levels, along with other available observations.
How does the image capture work?
Solutionist - Aramhuvis supports magnification lenses ranging from x1 to x1,000. This lets users capture views at different levels of detail when examining skin or hair with an Aram HUVIS device.
Lighting is important when taking images, so the source recommends ensuring that the area being examined is well lit. Capturing several images from different angles can also help cover more aspects of the skin or hair during an analysis.
Can users manage customer records?
Users can add customers and save analysis data and images for future reference. Regularly updating customer information can help maintain a continuing record and support more personalized product recommendations based on the stored analysis details.
Can notes be added during an analysis?
The screen view function includes a pen mode for taking notes while capturing images for analysis. This can help users record observations alongside the relevant image and analysis information instead of keeping those notes separately.
Who may find this app useful?
Solutionist - Aramhuvis may suit customer-care settings that use Aram HUVIS devices to examine skin and hair and keep customer analysis records. It is particularly relevant for users who need magnified images, organized customer data, saved results, and notes to support ongoing skincare or haircare product discussions.
