Core scoring function
Scoreboard Volleyball is an Android app for keeping track of scores in volleyball, badminton, and table tennis matches. Its main role is to act as a scoreboard during play, so the score stays visible and easy to update for players, coaches, and referees who need a simple way to follow the match.
Point targets and timeouts
Users can set the desired number of points for each game, so the scoreboard can be adjusted to the target a match requires. The app also includes a built-in timeout feature that can be used to pause the game at a chosen moment, which is useful for managing breaks in play.
Large display and buzzer alerts
Scores are shown at full scale with a large font intended to remain readable from a distance. A large-volume buzzer sounds when a game or timeout ends, which helps when an official or player may not be watching the screen at that moment.
Tablet support and remote control
The app is optimized for 7-inch and 10-inch tablets, which suits use on a larger display near the court or table. According to the description, the app can also be remote-controlled over Bluetooth using a separate app called Scoreboard Remote. The source does not explain how this pairing is set up or which devices it supports.
Documented limits
The supplied material does not provide a usable minimum Android version, so compatibility beyond the stated tablet sizes is not confirmed. It also does not describe score history, match records, or sharing features, so this profile covers only the scoring, point-target, timeout, display, buzzer, tablet, and Bluetooth remote-control functions described in the source.
