ROBUS Connect is a cloud-based lighting control app for managing connected lights in a home or office. It lets users switch lights on or off, adjust brightness, choose colours, group lights by area, and create schedules or timers from a smartphone. The clearest benefit is flexible control without relying solely on physical switches, including access from multiple locations when an internet connection is available. Multi-user access also allows people in the same household to control the lighting, while automation options can support different routines and energy-saving plans.
What lighting controls does ROBUS Connect provide?
The app supports basic smart control through a smartphone, allowing users to turn connected lights on or off with a tap. It also provides adjustable brightness and colour selection, so lighting can be changed for different activities or preferences.
Can lights be organised for different areas?
ROBUS Connect allows users to group lights for specific areas. This can make it possible to control several lights together instead of adjusting each one separately, helping users manage lighting across a home or office.
Can more than one person use the lighting system?
The cloud-based system supports multi-user access. People in a household can access and control the lights when connected to the internet, and the lights can be managed from multiple locations rather than only from the site where they are installed.
Does the app support schedules and automation?
Users can set schedules and timers for their lights. These controls are intended to support routines and energy-saving plans, including managing lighting while away. The source also describes possibilities for automation and integration with other smart home devices.
Who may find ROBUS Connect useful?
The app may suit people who want smartphone-based control over connected lighting in a home or office, particularly those interested in adjustable brightness, colour settings, grouped lights, shared access, and scheduled operation. It is also relevant for users who want to control lighting remotely through an internet connection.
