Radio FM Singapore is an Android app for people who want to listen to radio stations from Singapore. Its description presents it as a way to reach stations covering pop music, news, and talk shows in one place, so the main use case is choosing and returning to local broadcasts without a separate search for each one.
Finding a station you already know
The app lets you save your favourite radio stations for quick access. According to the description, a saved station can be reached without searching for it again each time you open the app. This is useful when you regularly listen to the same few broadcasts and want them close at hand.
When you want a station you do not have saved, the quick search option lets you type its name and find it directly. The description contrasts this with scrolling through a long list of stations, which is the situation the search feature is meant to shorten.
Returning to what you played recently
A recently played list shows the stations you have listened to lately. Based on the description, this helps you go back to a station you enjoyed or try a new one that is close to your listening history.
Choosing by genre and station
The description says the app includes a range of stations for different tastes. It names popular music stations such as Yes933 and Love 最爱 -2 FM, along with more specialised genres such as Smooth Jazz and Classic Hits. Listeners who prefer one style of programming can look for stations in that area, while those who want news or talk shows can explore the wider selection.
Listening on an Android device
The core function is listening to radio stations from Singapore. The description states that this works wherever you are, as long as you have your Android device with you. The app is listed under the Media & Video category, and the version described in the source data is 10.8.
