Family access to PBIS Rewards
PBIS Rewards Family is a parent and guardian portal for the PBIS Rewards system. It brings together information about a child's accomplishments and goals achieved through the program, so families can follow progress and recognize achievements. The same view also includes points earned, referrals recorded, and purchases made from the school store, giving guardians a place to review behavior-related and store-related activity.
What the tracked details support
Point tracking helps parents see the points a child has earned, which can support positive behavior by allowing parents to reward effort. Referral monitoring lets guardians learn about any referrals received and address issues with the school promptly. School store purchase records provide visibility into what a child has bought, and upcoming event information helps families stay aware of important dates and activities in the child's school community.
Getting started and related apps
To connect, parents or guardians need a letter from the child's school containing a QR code. The app uses that code for authentication, and scanning it with the Green Plus button grants access to the family view. The broader PBIS Rewards suite also includes a Student App and a Staff App for teachers and admins, while the family app is listed as version 3.1.04 in the Productivity category.
