Panasonic MY Air Conditioner brings product information and selection tools together for people researching an air conditioner for a home or commercial application. The app combines a product directory with retail prices, technical explanations, a room-size horsepower calculator, and access to ownership-related services.
Researching models and prices
The product directory lets users browse Panasonic's air-conditioner range and view retail prices. Additional information on commercial applications helps users examine models intended for commercial use. Product brochures, promotions, and videos from Panasonic Air-Conditioning Malaysia are also available through the app, giving users several formats for reviewing product information.
Understanding air-conditioner technology
A dedicated nanoe™ technology page explains its stated features and benefits in Panasonic air conditioners. The app also includes a glossary covering air-conditioner functions and technologies. This reference material is intended to clarify technical terms while users compare different products and specifications.
Estimating the required horsepower
The intelligent horsepower calculator uses a room's size to calculate the ideal horsepower needed for an air conditioner. This gives users a room-dimension-based starting point when considering the capacity of a suitable model.
Managing support after purchase
Panasonic MY Air Conditioner supports online warranty registration and provides service reminders. Users can also locate authorized dealers and service centers, making these support details accessible alongside the product research tools rather than in separate resources.
