Meeting Guide is an app for accessing Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and related local resources. Its meeting information comes from more than 400 A.A. service entities, while the app also provides daily reflections and contact details for local support.
How can you look for an A.A. meeting?
The app supports searches by meeting name or location. This can help users locate relevant meeting information in a particular area without relying only on a general list. The available meeting data is described as updated, with coverage gathered from participating A.A. service entities.
What information is available beyond meeting listings?
Meeting Guide includes daily reflections for users who want a short piece of reading connected with their ongoing journey. It also presents local contact information and more accurate location details, helping users identify the resources associated with nearby A.A. services.
What controls are included in the interface?
The app has an improved user interface with a new menu bar and a Contact function. These controls provide dedicated access to navigation and contact-related information rather than limiting the app to meeting search alone.
What data practices does the description report?
The supplied description states that the app uses minimal data collection and does not track geolocation or search history. These statements describe the app's reported data practices; they do not establish broader security guarantees.
