Overview
LuraVPN: AI-Powered Security is a VPN-style app in the Tools category, listed by developer Melanie and Salsa Limited at version 1.1.10. The listing presents it as a way to browse, stream and connect to public Wi-Fi hotspots with added privacy and security. The description is promotional, so the capabilities below are the developer's stated claims rather than independently verified results.
Encryption and threat detection
The app's description says it uses AES-256 encryption to protect online activity from unauthorized access. It also describes machine learning algorithms that analyze evolving online threats and provide real-time protection, along with malware defense intended to prevent malicious software from infecting a device or compromising its data.
Servers and interface
According to the listing, a global server network offers connections to servers in different countries, which the developer says can help users reach geo-restricted content. The description also states that the interface is designed to be easy for VPN newcomers to navigate, and it mentions 24/7 customer support for help when needed.
Privacy policy
The listing describes a no-logs policy, stating that the company does not track or store users' online activity. Readers who need specifics about data handling should review the developer's own privacy documentation, since the app description alone does not provide that detail.
