What can be marked on a map?
Players can place tactical markers for locations such as player positions, vehicles, tents, and meeting points. These annotations are intended for recording useful positions during a session and can be shared with friends or teammates in a group. The app also supports joining groups, so shared notes can be used for team coordination rather than kept only on one device.
Can the maps be used without an internet connection?
High-resolution offline maps can be downloaded for supported DayZ and Arma 3 locations. Once the maps have been downloaded, the description states that they can be accessed without an internet connection. The maps are fully zoomable and scrollable, allowing users to inspect a wider area or examine map details while navigating.
Does it include loot information for DayZ?
iZurvive includes lootmaps for all DayZ Standalone maps. This gives DayZ players a separate way to consult locations associated with valuable items in addition to using the main navigation maps and tactical markers.
Is registration required for group coordination?
The supplied information states that users can begin using the app without creating an account or completing a registration process. Marker sharing and group coordination are described as user-to-user functions, allowing tactical notes to be shared with friends and teammates without an account requirement.
