Golf Genius helps golf organizers and players manage event rounds, record scores, and follow results from an Android device. Managers and PGA Professionals can use it to support scoring and event administration, while golfers can view their schedules, enter scores, review scorecards, and keep up with the leaderboard as play continues.
Event schedules and pairings
The tee sheets section brings event and round pairings, along with tee times, into one place. Players can check when and with whom they are scheduled to play, while organizers can provide participants with access to the relevant round information. This gives an event a central schedule that participants can consult before and during play.
On-course scoring and scorecards
Managers and golfers can enter scores directly from their smartphones while on the course. Golf Genius presents detailed hole-by-hole scorecards for each group, allowing participants to follow the scores recorded for the round rather than relying only on an overall total. The scoring tools also support managers and PGA Professionals who need to reduce manual work when collecting and calculating event results.
Live leaderboard updates
As scores are entered, the leaderboard updates in real time. Players can use this view to see the current standings during the event, while organizers can provide participants with an ongoing picture of results as groups complete their rounds.
Event website and participant communication
The app provides access to a personalized website for an event or league. This website can bring together results, statistics, photos, and a message board, giving participants a shared place for event information and communication. The website connects the scoring and scheduling functions with additional updates related to the organized golf activity.
Photos and shared event moments
Participants can capture photos and upload them to the custom website created for the event or league. The photo gallery adds a sharing element alongside the practical scoring features, allowing event participants to contribute images from their golf activities.
