gg is a ride-hailing application for requesting transportation in Russia, Georgia, and Armenia. It is designed to let passengers request a ride with a tap rather than search for a taxi themselves. The source describes a target pickup time of within five minutes through the service's partners.
Requesting rides
The app provides a way to request transportation from your current location or another place in the covered regions. Its main purpose is to connect passengers with a ride service through a quick in-app request. The stated service area includes Russia, Georgia, and Armenia, so availability is tied to those locations.
Ratings and feedback
After completing a ride, passengers can rate their experience and submit feedback. These responses are described as a way to help improve the quality of the service and inform future service improvements.
Support and updates
Questions and assistance requests can be sent to [email protected]. The source also directs users to the service's Facebook community for news, promotions, and offers. These support and social channels provide additional ways to stay connected with the service beyond placing a ride request.
