DE Radio - German Radios is an app for streaming German online radio stations. Its controls cover stream quality, sound adjustment, station favorites, and listening features such as a sleep timer and radio alarm.
What playback and sound controls are available?
The app offers high- and low-quality listening settings. The description presents low quality as an option for people with slower internet connections. Music information displays details about the currently playing song, while an integrated equalizer lets listeners adjust the sound. These features address different parts of listening: stream quality, track identification, and audio adjustment.
Can the app support a sleep or wake-up routine?
A sleep timer can automatically turn off the app after a set amount of time, which is intended for listening before sleep. The radio alarm feature lets users wake up to a German online radio station. Both functions are built around scheduled listening rather than only starting a station manually.
How can listeners keep track of stations and play audio elsewhere?
Listeners can mark stations as favorites and sort them, making it possible to organize preferred German radio stations within the app. For playback on other equipment, the app supports streaming to speakers, a TV, or other devices connected to Chromecast. It is also described as compatible with Android Auto for use in a car.
