CPAC TV 2 Go lets users watch Canada's top political and public affairs programming from anywhere at any time on Android devices. The app supplies live streams of current events, video-on-demand for recent programs, the full CPAC Digital Archive for historical material, and a programming schedule to plan viewing. Viewers can switch audio between English, French, and Floor Audio while also setting a default interface language. Bonus second-screen content appears when available to add context during broadcasts. These tools address the need for flexible access to parliamentary and public affairs coverage without requiring a fixed television set.
How does live streaming work in the app?
Users open the app to connect directly to CPAC's live streams on phones or tablets. This keeps viewers connected to ongoing debates, committee meetings, and public affairs discussions happening in Canada without interruption.
What video-on-demand and archive options are available?
The app stores recent videos for on-demand playback so missed programs can be viewed later. The CPAC Digital Archive supplies older recordings that give historical perspective on political events and policy development over time.
How can users plan viewing and adjust languages?
A built-in schedule shows upcoming air times for favorite programs. Language controls let viewers toggle between English, French, and Floor Audio during playback and choose English or French as the default interface language.
When is second-screen content useful?
Bonus second-screen material appears for selected broadcasts and provides extra details or interactive elements that complement the main video feed for a more complete experience.
