Contactless Credit Card Reader helps you keep details for multiple contactless credit and debit cards in one app. Alongside NFC scanning, it provides manual entry for adding card information. Once details are stored, you can manage expiry dates and contacts associated with individual cards.
Adding and using card details
The app provides two ways to enter card information: reading a card with NFC or typing its details manually. It also lets you copy stored card data into another application when you need to use those details elsewhere. The app description says stored information is encrypted and saved locally; it does not provide further detail about those protections.
Expiry alerts and emergency contacts
For each card, you can track its expiration date and set an alert for an upcoming expiry. You can also save emergency contact information with a card, such as a bank contact to refer to if the card is lost or stolen. These tools keep the date and contact details alongside the card record they relate to.
Recent transaction information
The app can display and copy a card’s latest transactions if that card supports the feature. This is separate from entering and storing card details: transaction information depends on what the card makes available. You can use the displayed records to review recent activity without assuming that every card will provide a transaction history.
