Connection Darts APK is a sports app focused on darts competitions, online play, rankings, and player statistics. It gives players a place to follow competition information, review results, find darts machines, and stay connected with other players and events.
Competition information and player progress
The app provides access to rankings, awards, competition calendars, schedules, and game information. Players can check competition results in real time through the associated cloud web or app service, review their statistics, and follow other players or friends. The service also supports downloading game videos and locating darts machines nearby.
Players can participate in virtual tournaments, championships, and leagues organized internationally throughout the year. The source also describes a way for users to create, manage, and supervise their own competition season through Connection ADMIN, an online administration web or app supplied for operators. These tools are intended to support both organized events and player access to the results and standings connected with them.
Online darts and supported game modes
Connection Darts supports online matches between players in different locations through an Online Room. The described dart-machine setup includes webcams with infrared sensors, allowing opponents to watch throws in real time, including in low-light conditions. Supported games include familiar formats such as 501 and Cricket, along with Connection Darts modes including Football, Double In/Out, Master In/Out, Equal Rule, Singles, Pairs, and Teams versus CPU.
The wider machine system is described as having an upper display and lower touch screen, two built-in webcams, Wi-Fi or LAN connectivity, configurable color LED illumination, and Connection Darts software with graphics and 3D animations. These details describe the supported playing environment associated with the service rather than general capabilities of every Android device.
Ratings and skill comparison
Connection Darts uses two documented measures for player comparison. MPR, or Marks Per Round, is used for Cricket and calculates a player's average marks per round. The theoretical maximum for one round is 9 because one dart can score up to 3 marks. A player needs at least 25 competition games in championships, leagues, or tournaments to receive an MPR rating, and any competitive Cricket format counts.
PPD, or Points Per Dart, applies to X01 games such as 301, 501, 701, and 901. It calculates the average points scored per dart and helps define a player's level for competition against players with a similar rating. As with MPR, at least 25 games in competitions are required, and all listed X01 games count toward the PPD rating.
Community and additional player features
The service includes a darts community where players can share practice tips, follow prominent players and friends, and maintain a personal profile. The source also mentions awards, stars, game records, and competition information as part of the player experience. A separate Connection STARS mode uses numbered star draws associated with dart machines; players mark numbers according to the games they play, and the selected winning number can provide a prize grant to the player who marked it.
