Overview
Carrefour België helps shoppers in Belgium manage several parts of a grocery trip from one app. You can place grocery orders, check the weekly flyers, and prepare shopping lists to keep track of what you need. Its Wallet brings coupons, Bonus points, Bonus checks and your Carrefour Bonus Card together for easy access. For in-store visits, SmartScan lets you scan groceries at participating stores, while an interactive map helps you find nearby Carrefour locations and view details such as opening hours and contact information. The app also provides access to purchase history, invoices, customer service and an FAQ section.

Using the App
Shopping can start with a list: add or edit items, then share it or use it to help organise an order. Before or during a shop, the Wallet provides access to available coupons and Bonus details alongside the Bonus Card. For an in-store visit, SmartScan is available at participating locations. The map can help identify nearby stores and check their listed opening hours or contact details. After shopping, purchase history and invoices offer a way to revisit transaction information.
Why It May Appeal
✅ The app combines online grocery ordering and practical in-store tools, so shoppers can use one place for planning and store visits.
✅ Lists can be edited and shared, while the Wallet gathers several Carrefour rewards and card details together.
✅ Store information, weekly flyers and customer support are also accessible alongside shopping features.
Things to Consider
❎ SmartScan is specified for participating stores, so it may not be available at every Carrefour location.
