Bplus HRM Connect brings employee time recording and workplace information together for businesses whose staff may work in the office or at other locations. Employees can use GPS check-ins, view their own records, and submit requests, while approvers can handle documents through the app.
Recording work time at different locations
Employees can record when they start and finish work, whether they are inside or outside the office. The time-recording system can capture this information when an employee is within a specified distance. GPS check-ins let employees check their location against that distance, with settings available for different branches and job sites.
Checking personal and work information
When employees need to refer to their own details, the app provides access to personal and work data held in the system. Examples include official documents, tax deductions, working period, provident fund contributions, and outstanding balances. This gives employees a mobile way to consult those records without relying solely on HR to provide the information.
Submitting requests and complaints
The app supports requests for welfare and petty cash, as well as applications for leave and overtime. Employees can also report complaints through the system. These functions provide a place to submit the different types of employee requests described by the service.
Reviewing documents for approval
Approvers can review and approve various document types in the app. The approval setup can specify one or multiple approvers, and the service description also notes that approver levels can be defined. This supports approval workflows that involve different documents and more than one reviewer.
Access on mobile devices
Bplus HRM Connect is described as available through the Play Store and App Store for use on mobile phones. Its employee information, time-recording, request, and approval functions are therefore presented as mobile access to the system for both employees and approvers.
