Finding in-person service
The service-point locator covers BDF branches, ATMs, and non-banking correspondents. This gives users a way to look for nearby locations when they need a service point or in-person assistance, alongside the account and payment functions available in the app.
Notifications and BDF information
Push notifications can be enabled in the app settings to receive alerts about account updates, balances, payments, and transaction details. BDF Móvil also provides information about banking services, benefits, promotions, and special offers, so users can consult those updates within the app.
