AutoRap by Smule is an Android app for turning everyday sentences into rap lyrics. According to the supplied material, you record your voice, and the app adds suitable beats and melodies to transform what you said into a rap phrase. It is described as suitable for both experienced rappers and people who are just starting out.
From spoken sentences to rap phrases
The core workflow is built around your own words. You record a sentence, and AutoRap turns it into a rap phrase with music added. Because the process starts from ordinary speech rather than a blank lyric editor, it is presented as a way to experiment with rap without first writing verses.
Music styles beyond rap
The app is not limited to rap. The supplied material says it includes gentle melodies alongside rap songs, so users can explore different genres and choose the type of music that suits their track. Users can also select quality music to enhance their creations.
A simple interface for beginners
The app is described as simple and easy to use. The supplied material states that no prior musical background is required to create rap tracks, which makes it relevant for people who want to try rap lyrics without formal training.
Community, competitions and sharing
Inside the app, users can interact with other rappers, join rap composition competitions and challenges, and learn from more experienced artists. Once a track is created, it can be shared through text messages or social media platforms, which the source presents as a way to build recognition for your music.
The supplied material does not state pricing, subscription terms, or whether the app works offline. Check the store listing for those details before installing.
