Arch Vpn is a proxy VPN app for browsing the internet and accessing websites, apps, and games that may be restricted by a network or region. Its description says the app encrypts internet traffic and provides proxy bandwidth for activities including streaming, downloading, and online gaming.
Encrypted browsing
The app is described as creating an encrypted connection for internet traffic. The stated purpose is to make browsing and access to sensitive information more private, including when using public Wi-Fi. These are claims in the app description, not independently verified guarantees about privacy or security.
Access to restricted content
Arch Vpn is presented as a way to reach blocked websites and content, including services, social media platforms, and news sites. The description also says users can connect through servers in different locations to access content restricted in their region. It mentions blocked apps and games as well as websites, though it does not specify supported locations or services.
Proxy use for online activities
The app lists unlimited proxy bandwidth as a feature and describes browsing, HD video streaming, and large-file downloads as possible uses. It also presents gaming as a use case: the proxy connection is intended to help users reach games restricted by their network and connect with players worldwide. The description makes claims about speed and uninterrupted use, but does not provide measured performance information.
Subscription information
A premium subscription is mentioned as an option for accessing additional features. The available description does not identify those features or provide subscription terms.
