All Documents Reader PDF Xlsx is an Android app for opening document files stored on your phone, including PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files. It also includes tools for finding, renaming, deleting and sharing those files, so you can open and handle many document types from one app.
Opening Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF files on your phone
The app is described as an all-in-one viewer for document files on a phone, covering PDF, DOCX, XLSX and PPT formats. The listing also says it supports more than 10 document formats, including ODT, OTT, HTML, MHTML and XML. This is relevant when a file arrives in a format other than the common PDF or Office types and you want to read it without switching to a different program. The listing describes viewing documents, so editing support should not be assumed.
Finding and organizing files
A document manager button is provided to help you locate and open specific folders or files. Within the app, files can be renamed and deleted directly, and documents can be shared with other people. These functions cover basic file handling for documents already stored on the phone.
Reading and moving through longer documents
The app lets you jump to specific pages in a document. The listing presents this as a way to read more efficiently, which is useful when you need to return to a particular section of a long file.
Using documents online and offline
According to the listing, documents can be viewed and read both online and offline. The description does not explain which functions depend on a connection, so those details are not covered here.
