Agesp Energia is an app that lets users manage Gas, Light, and District Heating contracts on their smartphone. It supports viewing bills online, paying them securely with a credit card, and following energy use through comparison charts that show spending against earlier periods. The app also provides a section for new offers and energy industry news so users stay informed without switching between multiple sources. These functions are grouped in one place to simplify contract oversight and cost control for customers who prefer handling everything from a mobile device.
What contracts can be managed through the app?
Users can keep Gas, Light, and District Heating contracts in a single location. The contract management area brings all three services together on the smartphone, removing the need to log into separate portals for each utility.
How does bill payment work inside the app?
Bills can be viewed online and paid directly with a credit card. This removes extra steps such as printing documents or visiting a bank, and the payment option is available whenever a bill appears in the account.
What consumption information is shown to users?
Comparison charts display energy consumption and spending against previous periods. The charts help identify changes in usage patterns so users can adjust habits if they notice increases or decreases over time.
Where are new offers and industry updates located?
A dedicated section lists the latest offers and energy industry news. Users can check this area to learn about available promotions without leaving the app.
